Judy was the best real estate agent we have ever worked with. Her knowledge of the area, her honesty and professionalism were immediately apparent, however her “work ethic” was very refreshing. Judy was always available and treated us like we were her only clients. She made the selling of our home, and the purchase of a new one very easy. Judy is a stellar agent who was there every step of the way! Once I contacted her to begin the search process, within 24 hours I was sent several listings well within the price range I was looking at. I contacted her office to let her know I was interested in one of the properties on a holiday expecting to leave a message. Not only did she answer the call, but she met me the same day to look at the property. She took the time to bring paperwork to me at my convenience, working around my schedule. Within 30 days of the initial property visit we had “sealed the deal” thanks to the expertise of not only Judy but her staff as well. She even helped with some small insurance issues that occurred after the sale.


Judy was our agent for our property that we sold, she also helped us to purchase a new property at the time of our sale. She was very helpful to us, this was the third time that she has listed and helped us to sell property. I do not plan on selling again, but if we do we will definitely use her.

Judy sold my home in Mt. Pleasant. During the time, my home was on the market she kept me well informed on any issues and offers associated with the property. The period of time that the home was listed was a difficult market for sellers. We received several offers that were well below market/asking price. We discussed each one and passed. Eventually, an offer was received, that while still less than market/asking price, was getting considerably closer. Again, we discussed the issues. Due to the time of year (Thanksgiving), the chances of the market staying quiet until Spring were a real possibility. Combining this with my monthly carrying costs for insurance, electricity, lawn care, I accepted the offer. I found that while working with Judy, she was professional, competent, and knowledgeable.


Very knowledgeable with the listings all over East Texas, insightful on all the properties that she showed me. Ms. Kent is “Spot On” when it comes to closing a deal, and her eager ability to have it taken care of in a timely manner.


Judy never forgets who she is representing. She was great to work with the entire time. We had a very small budget to work with, but, she didn’t let that be a factor in how she treated us.


I really appreciate her attention to details. I am an investor, so I do a lot of transactions with her. I have had her even handle properties that I have purchased from individuals on several occasions just to ensure the transaction is done properly.
